MAINTENANCE

Often times, we overlook how vital the maintenance of our HVAC equipment is to our comfortable lifestyle. It is important to understand that mechanical equipment requires maintenance. Just as your car needs periodic oil changes and tune-ups to ensure your safety and efficient operation, so does your HVAC equipment.

Optimum performance of your HVAC equipment is dependent upon its upkeep. The efficiency of your system will be reflected in your utility bills and the lifespan of your equipment will depend upon how well it is maintained.

J&B Comfort Systems offers our Residential and Commercial customers Planned Maintenance Service Agreements (PMSA’s) designed to provide the necessary maintenance of your Air Conditioning and Heating equipment needs. You’ll find comfort in knowing that should the need arise for a service call, we’ve got you covered.

With a PMSA you will receive up to two Seasonal Inspections (based on your equipment), during the period of your Agreement Term. Our coverage periods run for a one-year term and renew annually. Also included is preferential scheduling over non-contract customers and emergency service during normal business hours, with evening and weekend service available at a reduced rate.
